Welcome to FHI Nexus. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our food delivery mobile application, website (fhinexus.com), and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.


1. Definitions

  • “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to FHI Nexus.
  • “App” refers to the FHI Nexus food delivery application.
  • “User”, “You”, “Your” refers to any person accessing or using the App.
  • “Restaurant Partners” refers to restaurants and their branches offering food through our App.

2. Service Description

FHI Nexus provides an online platform for:

  • Food ordering from single restaurants with multiple branches
  • Wallet management
  • Refund assistance
  • Notifications
  • Multi-language support
  • Account creation and deletion

We act as a technology platform, not as a restaurant, courier, or food manufacturer.


3. Account Registration

To use our Services:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
  • Any misuse of your account is your responsibility.

4. Orders and Delivery

  • All orders are subject to restaurant and delivery availability.
  • Delivery time is estimated and can vary due to traffic, weather, and restaurant preparation time.
  • The Company is not responsible for food quality, packaging, or preparation; the responsibility lies with the respective restaurant partner.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices shown in the App are as provided by the restaurant partners.
  • We may charge delivery, service, or convenience fees.
  • Payments are handled via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Available payment modes may include Card, Wallet, or Cash on Delivery (if supported).

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Order not delivered
  • Order canceled due to unavailability
  • Refunds will be processed as per internal policy and may take 7–14 business days.

7. Wallet Usage

  • Wallet can be used to pay for orders and receive refunds.
  • Wallet balance cannot be transferred to a bank account or external wallet unless specified.
  • Wallet balance is non-interest-bearing.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are accepted by the restaurant.
  • Once accepted/prepared, cancellation is not guaranteed.
  • Cancellation fees may apply based on our policy.

9. Notifications

By using our App, you agree to receive notifications, including:

  • Order status updates
  • Promotional offers
  • Account alerts
  • You may disable promotional notifications through device settings.

10. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account at any time using:

Menu → Delete Account → Confirm (Yes/No)

Upon deletion:

  • Your personal data will be removed subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Wallet balance, order history, and refunds (if pending) may be forfeited.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
  • Use automated systems to access or disrupt our Services
  • Post false reviews or misleading information

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on the App are owned by FHI Nexus. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

FHI Nexus is not liable for:

  • Food quality, safety, or contamination
  • Delivery delays, failed deliveries, or restaurant closures
  • Losses due to app interruption or technical issues
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

14. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the Services
  • Required by law or due to fraudulent activity

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. All disputes shall be handled in local courts with jurisdiction in Pakistan.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
